Manufacturing high-integrity UHV and VHV vacuum chambers requires the utmost care. Starting with design, every step throughout the manufacturing process requires the highest level of dedication to reduce physical leaks, virtual leaks and contamination. Our staff are trained in the cleaning, handling and protection procedures necessary to minimise contamination.
We manufacture stainless steel chambers capable of achieving ultra-high vacuum after bake-out. Aluminium vacuum chambers are either machined from solid or fabricated using friction-stir welding before final finish machining to achieve a leak-free, high integrity join.
Industry standard flanges and seals such as CF, ISO and QF can be supplied or manufactured to suit your system. Our physics and engineering design teams are here to advise and help you achieve the vacuum you require.
