At Buckley Systems, fostering innovation isn't just a goal, it's part of our DNA. That's why we launched the Ingenious at Work Awards. Each quarter, everyone has the chance to nominate peers who embody our core values—Dynamic, Innovative, Responsive, Exacting, Collaborative, and Tenacious. This initiative not only highlights the incredible work happening every day in Buckley Systems but also strengthens our vibrant company culture.
During our recent quarterly meeting, we had the honour of celebrating the remarkable contributions of our team members. A total of twelve nominees from both the day and night shifts were recognized for their exceptional efforts, each receiving a special gift.
We are proud to announce our quarterly winners: Daniel Williams from Assembly, Oliver Redwood and Todd Buchanan from the Design Team, and Thomas Standring from the Machine Shop. In addition to receiving special recognition, these winners enjoyed additional prizes and the opportunity to compete for a generous end-of-year reward that acknowledges their dedication and hard work.
These moments of recognition are more than just awards, they inspire all of us to strive for excellence and innovation in our daily work.
